Portland police arrested a man and three young teenagers suspected of burglarizing four marijuana dispensaries in less than an hour early Tuesday.
The alleged bandits broke into Floyd’s Fine Cannabis in the 800 block of Northeast Broadway about 2:41 a.m. before driving nine blocks to Jayne Recreational and Medical Marijuana Dispensary on Northeast Martin Luther King Boulevard, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Afterward, the suspects struck Herb Stomp in the 5700 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard and then The Green Front Dispensary in the 6800 block of Northeast Glisan Street about 3:25 a.m., police said.
Officers later arrested Shawndell Deshazo, 27, and three teens — ages 14, 15 and 15 — during a traffic stop several miles away, according to police. The stop turned up a “substantial amount of evidence” from the suspected burglaries, police said in a news release, though they did not provide additional detail.
All four face charges of second-degree burglary and attempted burglary, police said.
