Resolution 2017-05 established the Membership Criteria and Qualifications Policy (herein “Policy”) for F.A.R.M.S., Inc. According to the Policy, a Member of F.A.R.M.S., Inc. shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each two-hundred fifty and no dollars ($250.00) contributed to F.A.R.M.S., Inc. due yearly. Further, according to the Policy, only Members of F.A.R.M.S., Inc. who have contributed one thousand and no dollars ($1000.00) are eligible to be elected as an officer or to the Board of Directors of F.A.R.M.S., Inc.
